Shipping policy

Apothecary ships within Canada, to the United States and Internationally with Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on the items ordered. Purchases over $100 CAD are eligible for free shipping to destinations in Ontario and Quebec. Purchases over $125 CAD  are eligible for free shipping to the provinces west of Ontario and East of Quebec Purchases over $150 CAD are eligible for free shipping to The Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut. Purchases over $150 USD are eligible for free shipping to the continental United States of America. 

Same Day Local Delivery

Same day delivery is available in Toronto with Trexity. Fees are calculated at checkout based on distance from as low as $5 up to $15. Purchases over $100 are eligible for free delivery. Orders must be placed by 2pm and Trexity must be selected at checkout.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Apothecary accepts returns on pre-approved items in original and unsealed packaging within 14 days of the purchase date as denoted by www.canadapost.ca through tracking number information.

Apothecary accepts exchanges on pre-approved items according to our satisfaction guarantee policy within 30 days of the purchase date as denoted by www.canadapost.ca through tracking number information
